Muse & Co brings a curated milk tea and fruit tea menu and a three-person team to your conference, campus program, office or celebration.

How pricing works

Four parts, all shown in your estimate before you send anything.

Large drinks: $8.50 each; From a curated milk tea and fruit tea menu, with one standard topping.
Service team: $300.00; Three attendants, including the first 2 guest-facing hours.
Setup and logistics: $300.00; Planning, transport, setup, breakdown and cleanup.
Additional team time: $175.00 per hour; After the first 2 hours, billed in half-hour steps.

We plan for about 50 drinks per hour, so more drinks need a longer service window. You can always ask for more time than the minimum.

Does an estimate reserve my date?: No. We review availability, the menu, venue access and tax treatment, then send a written quote. Your date is reserved once we confirm it in writing.
What do you need at the venue?: Grounded 120V power near the service spot, ice or cold storage, one or two six-foot tables, and 60 to 120 minutes to set up. Tell us what you have and we will plan around the rest.
Can you serve more than 400 drinks or several days?: Yes, with a custom plan. Email [email protected] with your dates and guest count.
We are a government or military office. Do we pay sales tax?: Government and military purchases pay no sales tax once we have your exemption certificate on file.
