The short version: Text +1 (910) 421-5220 to request a reply, or explicitly ask for a one-time information text during a call. Calling us alone does not sign you up for texts. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in for anyone else's marketing.

1. Acceptance

These Terms apply when you use Muse & Co's text-messaging service. Your in-store and online purchases are also subject to our general policies.

2. Program description

Muse & Co sends and receives text messages (SMS) to provide customer service interactions: replies to questions about our hours, location, parking, events, and services, plus one-time information texts you specifically request during a call. These are conversational, one-to-one messages, not bulk marketing.

3. Consent (opt-in)

When you text +1 (910) 421-5220, we may reply to that request. If you request information by phone, we ask whether you want it texted to the number you are calling from and send it only after you answer yes. Calling, leaving a voicemail, making a purchase, or giving us a phone number alone does not enroll you. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

4. Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. Muse & Co is not responsible for carrier charges, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Opt-out and help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may receive one confirmation; we then stop sending messages. To resubscribe, reply START. For help, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected].

6. Your mobile information is never shared for third-party marketing

No mobile information (including your phone number and SMS opt-in/consent) will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile information only with service providers that help us operate our messaging program (e.g., our SMS platform provider), and only as needed to deliver the service.

7. Eligibility

You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and located in the United States.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the messaging program after a change constitutes acceptance.
