Muse & Co is an artist’s lounge and tea house at 311 Hay Street. Brown Sugar, Taro, Matcha, Thai and nine more, each made with seven-stage reverse-osmosis filtered water, with popping boba, jellies and cream caps to add if you want them. Then sit down and draw something.

- Caramelised brown sugar in tiger stripes; the pearls are cooked in the syrup.

- Taro root, naturally sweet and vanilla-like, in lavender.

- Ceremonial-grade matcha whisked with milk. Earthy and smooth.
- Thai Milk Tea
- Strong black tea with star anise, sweet and unmistakably orange.
- Osmanthus Oolong Milk Tea
- Osmanthus flowers over oolong — honeyed and floral.
- White Peach Oolong Milk Tea
- White peach against smooth oolong. Light and gently sweet.
- Jasmine Green Milk Tea
- Jasmine-scented green tea with milk. Aromatic and calming.

- Rose petals in crisp green tea, pale pink.

- Floral green milk tea with sakura rose for its blush colour.

- Boba are chewy tapioca pearls that sit at the bottom of the cup and come up through a wide straw. "Boba" is also used for the drink itself — usually a milk tea. Popping boba is a different thing: a thin-skinned sphere filled with fruit juice that bursts.
- Do the tapioca pearls cost extra?
- No. Classic brown sugar tapioca boba is included in a boba milk tea. Popping boba, jellies, cream caps and marshmallow are paid add-ons, and you can put any of them in a fruit tea too.
