The short version: Text +1 (910) 421-5220 to ask Muse & Co a question, or ask during a call for a one-time information text. Calling us alone does not sign you up for texts. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in for anyone else's marketing.

1. Program description

Muse & Co sends and receives text messages (SMS) to provide customer service: replies to questions about our hours, location, parking, events, and services, plus one-time information texts you specifically request during a call. These are conversational, one-to-one messages, not marketing or bulk promotions.

2. How you consent (opt-in)

When you text +1 (910) 421-5220, we may reply to that request. For a text initiated from a phone call, we ask whether you want the specific information sent to the number you are calling from and send it only after you answer yes. A call, voicemail, purchase, or provision of a phone number alone does not enroll you in texts. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. Muse & Co is not responsible for carrier charges.

4. Opt-out and help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you may receive one confirmation; we then stop sending messages. To resubscribe, reply START. For help, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected].

5. Your mobile information is never shared for third-party marketing

No mobile information (including your phone number and SMS opt-in/consent) will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile information only with service providers that help us operate our messaging program (for example, our SMS platform provider), and only as needed to deliver the service. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties for any other purpose.

6. Privacy

Information you share with us is handled per our Privacy Policy. We collect only what we need to provide our services and do not sell your personal information.
